We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a £5 cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
All products come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are significantly different from the product description are allowed for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed. If there is any damage on return shipment, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.
If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will work our best to either resolve the issue and ensure you are not left waiting. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct item.
